A really accessible online wellbeing course with lots of practical techniques to try and useful suggestions about how you could fit them into a teacher's busy life. I am going away with a number of key strategies to try and feel hopeful that I will be able to use some of them rather than just feeling more stressed as there is no way I have the time to do them as is often the case with other 'wellbeing' suggestions.

I found this course to be very rich in content, yet quick and easy to complete. It provides both scientifically-backed information about the three key areas as well as the tools with which to get started. The pledge at the end of each chapter encourages us to think about how and when we will apply the practices to our lives so I now feel fully prepared and motivated to implement what I have learnt. This course is perfect for anyone who is new to the concept of inner wellbeing or who has an understanding of it but are struggling to apply the practices of meditation, mindfulness and gratitude effectively.
