I really benefitted from this course. Learning about the different stages of sleep was fascinating and then the different parts of course made it easy to commit to and benefit from. I particularly liked the step by step audio clips that helped me wind down and relax- sometimes you don’t even realise your body is tense until you try to relax it. I would really recommend this course. As a busy primary school teacher, I’ve definitely learnt some helpful strategies that I’ll continue to use once I’m back at school. Thank you

Thank you. I found this course thoroughly enjoyable. Beginning with information about what happens when you sleep and the benefits of a regular sleep pattern, it had me hooked. I thought the body scans were very useful and allowed me to connect and listen to my body as it relaxed. I will definitely be using the S.L.E.E.P. approach to set a daily wind down routine and I look forward to seeing how this impacts on my sleep over the next few weeks. Thank you!
