Read MoreThank you. I found this course thoroughly enjoyable. Beginning with information about what happens when you sleep and the benefits of a regular sleep pattern, it had me hooked. I thought the body scans were very useful and allowed me to connect and listen to my body as it relaxed. I will definitely be using the S.L.E.E.P. approach to set a daily wind down routine and I look forward to seeing how this impacts on my sleep over the next few weeks. Thank you!

I particularly liked the step by step audio clips that helped me wind down and relax- sometimes you don’t even realise your body is tense until you try to relax it. I would really recommend this course. As a busy primary school teacher, I’ve definitely learnt some helpful strategies that I’ll continue to use once I’m back at school. Thank you

The pledge at the end of each chapter encourages us to think about how and when we will apply the practices to our lives so I now feel fully prepared and motivated to implement what I have learnt. This course is perfect for anyone who is new to the concept of inner wellbeing or who has an understanding of it but are struggling to apply the practices of meditation, mindfulness and gratitude effectively.
